Good fans for the money

Pros: Cheap. Easy to install. The blues are blue. It helps that the plastic is blue also. They are sleeved fans so I would guess they will last a year or so.
Cons: I have one light that flickers periodically.
Other Thoughts: Cant go wrong for a cheapo fan. Rosewill's stuff seems to be better than most.

Pros: Hooked these up and there dead silent. the blue leds are perfect and look great.
Cons: none. cable could be sleeved?
