Does not come with 3 pin to mole adapter

Pros: Moves a lot of air , small enough to use as a north bridge fan.
Cons: Does not work in the motherboard sytem fan 3 pin conector. You have to use a 3 pin to molex adapter in order for this fan to work. Does not include the cable adapter , does not come with any kind of screws , expensive , very loud.
Other Thoughts: I went to my local computer store and bought the 3 pin to molex adapter and some screws.
