Pros: These sound as good as a bose acoustic wave

Cons: Highs sound a little tinny

Other Thoughts: I bought these to replace some aging speakers I had the price can't be beat

Cheapo Speakers

Pros: Great price.

Cons: Like others said, they hum terribly. Also, the speakers will distort very easily. Sound quality is kinda meh, have tweaked the settings on the sound card and it always comes out sounding tinny.
Also, the back speakers are very quiet. I've tried to turn them up but really, unless they are right next to my head i cannot hear them.

Other Thoughts: Effectively, there are better stereo PC speakers for less that would out perform this poor quality surround sound setup.

Pros: Surround sound. Sound pretty good.

Cons: A Constant Hummmmmmm, even if sound card is muted. Enough to be annoying!

Also short speaker wires. It's surround sound, but only within an 8' radius of the main sub-woofer. Makes placement of the speakers rather limited.

Other Thoughts: The low level hum is getting to the point of being outlawed as torture.....

Pros: good sound quality for the price

Cons: sometimes when im not playing any sound it will start
making a buzzing for a few seconds and it stops

no notches for mounting on wall
