not an upgrade
- Pros: Installs good, works good. no problems. cheaper than buying the upgrade version in stores. Really, what's the difference.
- Cons: none yet
- Other Thoughts: The first question I had was, Is this the complete software with out needing a previous version? YES it is. You don't need to have a previous version to use this. Cheaper than any stores upgrade version, eighty seven bucks. But I see it's more now. Most of the problems people have with this, they create themselves. Don't be a tweaker. Leave things alone. NEWEGG is AWESOME.
Cheapest from a legitimate source
- Pros: More reliable than past windows OS's
- Cons: Does anyone know what a monopoly is?
Good Price
- Pros: I've used Microsoft Windows for a while now and it hasn't given me any problem, yea if you upgrade your system you have to reinstall windows, and NO you don't only get to install it once, you can actually only install once every 30 days, and even if you need to reinstall within the 30 days you just need to call Microsoft to get a passcode to unlock it. i just ran into a issue where i lost the Product Key and the Microsoft helpdesk was able to give me a new one. so No problem at all with upgrading, other then having to format your old harddrive and lose everything when you reinstall.
- Cons: none
