The JetAudio Black and White is a portable multimedia player measuring 5.2" x 3.1" x 0.9" and weighing 10.5 oz. This sleek designed player holds a rich and sophisticated look and slides easily into your palms or pockets. You can not only listen to songs and watch movies but also view images as well. The 4" wide TFT LCD screen displays videos and images at a resolution of 480 x 272 pixels. This player supports multiple audio file formats that include MP3, OGG, WMA, WAV formats with 5 bands EQ, BBE, Mach3Bass, MP Enhance, and 3D Surround.
Besides, it also supports multiple video file formats such as AVI, WMV, ASF, DivX 3.11 / 4 / 5, XviD, and WMV9. For displaying images it supports JPG, PNG, BMP and TXT formats. With the FM radio/recorder, you can keep yourself updated with latest news, sport reports, and even record your favorite shows and listen to them later! Additionally, the built-in microphone provides high-quality voice recording. You can easily convert and transfer video files of up to 15 frames per second with the help of JetAudio software.
The colored TFT LCD displays 260,000 colors, enhancing the experience of viewing videos. This player is capable of direct encoding that allows you to record the output from an external audio device such CD or MD player. This 60 GB player is automatically recognized as a removable disk drive when you connect it to your PC via the USB cable and provides you with abundant storage capabilities. Its built-in Rechargeable Lithium Ion battery provides a continuous playback time of up to 35 hours with full charge.

Simply Great
- Pros: Picture quality, battery life, sound quality, ease of use, menuing, capacity, etc. Even the ear buds are passable.
Any comment I would have would be on the Pros side.
- Cons: None yet. At all.
- Other Thoughts: I purchased this from Newegg a month ago and have used it while commuting every day since I got it. I have put 1700 songs on it and somewhere around 15 movies, all at one time. Definitly helps pass the time on the train.
What I like about it most is that it seems to play anything I put on it. There is no built in DRM garbage on it so I can use whatever files I deem desireable. I considered waiting to hear the specs on the MS Zunie device, but finaly caved in and got this. Glad I did since the Zunie is all tied up with DRM and has a smaller screen.
This is a device that will not disappoint.
- Pros: plays anything I throw at it, Nice screen size. Output to TV looks good. Ease of use.
- Cons: joystick is kinda hard to use, I have large fingers. Lack of accessories, everything is made for ipod :( Price
- Other Thoughts: sell your ipod and buy this, it blows ipod away.

- Pros: GREAT DEVICE I STORE ALL MY STORM FOOTAGE VIDEOS ON TO A2 AND SOME STILL PICS I ALSO ADD
- Cons: ONE PROBLEM I OWN CANON G7 AND IM UNABLE TO HOST IN PICS WITH IT NO BIGGIE I JUST USE COMP TO DRAG / DROP IN THE PHOTO FOLDER LOVE THIS THING CAN LISTEN TO LOCAL RADIO STATIONS EXCELLENT JOB WITH NEWEGG TO EVEN CARRY AND SALE THIS COWON A2 MULTI PLAYER etc...

Great Player, does pretty much everything
- Pros: Plays back every file I have perfectly. Expansive set of options for every category. Easy viewing of pictures, movies, and text. Excellent battery life. Auto downmuxes 5.1 sound to 2 flawlessly.
- Cons: No H.264 support (not that I was expecting it), system can become a little slow to react during movies (not surprising considering the amount of processing taking place for the movie), A/V out doesn't use whole screen.
- Other Thoughts: Player can become a little warm during movie playback, but it's not too hot. Latest firmware update 1.91 lots of little annoying bugs. Can be downloaded from http://www.cowonglobal.com
good buy
- Pros: Sound quality, Battery life, works as portable HD (no software/install needed), multiple features, 4" screen, plays .Xvid & .DivX & .avi. nice built in mic and line in recording, recent price drop.
- Cons: not all mp4 videos types work, you'll have to convert them, battery drains while hooked up to computer, everyone asks you if its a iphone, interface and joystick is . . . okay
- Other Thoughts: choose not to wait for A3 (its expected to have shorter battery life). To me one of the biggest sellers is that it doesn't tie you down with any software or copyright garbage (I use winamp to manage it).
