Excellent MP4 Player
- Pros: Awesome display quality

It's fast!
- Cons: I don't like the shuffle feature, you either have to shuffle all the songs or none, you can't just shuffle an artist or a playlist. Also you can only delete through the software not the device. The 4, 8, and 16 zunes do not have video out like the 80 and 120's do.
- Other Thoughts: I went from never understanding why anyone would want one of these to never going anywhere without it. The subscription service really sells it, unlimited music downloads plus 10 songs free each month. Being able to log in to their software and download anything I want is like crack. The radio feature is a nice bonus that you don't see on other players and being able to tag a song on the radio and download it later through the software is increddible. The podcasts and games features give you something to do and the pictures and video features give you something to show off. The software does expect you to know how to navigate a computer, it's not the friendliest and could use some more features but for what the overall package offers I'm willing to overlook that. I have 3 Zunes now, a 4GB and 8GB and an 80GB, you can use 3 zunes on one subscription account so I'm covered for whatever I want to watch or listen too.
My daughter loves it
- Pros: It is a great mp3 player. My daughter practically lives with it in her ears. We looked at an Ipod, but couldn't justify the cost, especially since no FM radio (which comes in quite clear).
- Cons: None, really, I just wish the screen was a little bigger.
- Other Thoughts: Overall a good buy. Will buy another since my other daughter lost her more expensive Ipod.
Nice MP3 Player
- Pros: I wanted to try a different MP3 player and picked this one up. It is a great mp3 player with great sound and simple navigation. You can also change your wallpaper on it instead of looking at a bland background.
- Cons: Zune software is not user friendly, definately more complex than itunes. I had to work with this and figure out how to put my mp3s on my zune. Once I figured it out it was flawless.
- Other Thoughts: If you want to try something other than an Ipod, give this a shot.
