Works like new.
- Pros: 1 year warranty from Microsoft. Same as for other MS refurbs for Zune 30 that I've purchased in past.
Simple to add to Zune Pass subscription I already have.
Zune software is easy to manage. Particularly if you have multiple Zune devices. (Zune Pass allows 3 Zune players).
- Cons: No Expandable Memory. A feature I'd like.
- Other Thoughts: I've gotten real lucky with Zune Refurbs. Same warranty as new and a lot cheaper. Can't tell the difference except for easily removed sticker. Why pay more than you have too?
Zune
- Pros: Worked flawlessly out of the box. Synced quickly with my computer and Zune software without any problems.
- Cons: Came with some media pre-installed, I'm guessing it's just like WMP's sample music that comes standard, and it deleted with no issues.
- Other Thoughts: Install the Zune software before you receive your Zune so you can prep your collection for transfer to your new Zune. Also, read the setup and tell it not to overwrite your media if you spent days getting that album art correct, 'cause it won't overwrite it if you tell it not to, no matter what other people say.

Oops
- Pros: Nice design, sleek, many usefull function and free xtras like case and car adapter and charger.
- Cons: Useless without a high speed internet connection. If your on dial up you will spend a lot of time updating before you can use it. Software not included, approx. 60 MB or 10 hours on my dial up @24kbs. Software update ?MB but it took 8 hours. Now I think I can use it but wait, the player has to be updated. Step 1 of 4 took 45 min. to get to 7% updated. Unpluged it and stuff everything in a bag to give away for free, it is not worth my time.
- Other Thoughts: Bought a 4 MB Sansa from Newegg for my girlfreind a year ago, 1 hour of drag and drop and had all of her music on it. Did not even need the Sansa software. The Zune Is not recongized in my computer as a memory device and must use the software. The co-worker that I gave the Zune to has save me hundreds of hours of software, program and bios updates downloads for computers I am repairing, upgrading or building. If I had fast internet I would rate myself as high understanding but I am limited by my internet speed or if I had an extra 70 bucks a month for a 1g connection. If I had HS internet and a low understanding I would of just put it out of my misery with a 357 mag.
Zune
- Pros: Most excellent. Plays like new. I have had no battery issues and it plays Great. Now my son and I both have them and find them wongerful. EggEgg as always is on time and the best for price.
- Cons: The software will consume all things media on your computer.
- Other Thoughts: We have an old laptop my son and I converted to "ZUNE ONLY" so our computer are free from being praprietary.
Sweet Deal
- Pros: Well this little guy was pretty cheap and I gotta say other than the sticker on the back that says "refurbished" you wouldn't know it. I like the interface a lot, its a big upgrade from my creative zen photo. it comes with wifi which I dont really utilize. The included games are decent, I find myself playing texas holdem in between classes. It's also very light and small which.
- Cons: 4g is kinda small these days, but I knew what I was getting and it makes my cycle my music which is a plus in the end. The large control has a touch pad feature which is great, but when you click it down to collect something it tends to move the cursor up or down instead. they should have added a tap feature to click things or allow you to edit controls. The radio doesn't seem to pick anything up, i was looking forward to listening to npr while I worked.
- Other Thoughts: Over all I like it. Fifty bucks for something with a nice screen, and lots of features is pretty sweet. Mine came with a free leather holder which I'm glad for because the unit is so small I'm afraid I'll drop it or break it somehow.
