Pros: Good product, good price. I bought a 8gb zune because I saw a colleague buy one from here as well and she let me play with it for a day. Looks exactly like new, definitely very hard tell it was 'refurbished' or whatnot without the sticker, so just take off the sticker. Also the case it comes with is nice, car accessories are even more of a bonus. +software: I like the zune software much better than itunes +hardware: this zune looks and feels far better than current gen ipod nano imo, I prefered 1g and 2g nano styles which were more reasonably shaped +price: relatively low price, I was surprised +quality: refurbished? looks like new to me, I don't know what they mean by reconditioned. someone must have just opened the box and never touched the player, and then returned it? because my player was physically flawless out of the box.
Cons: -no drag and drop? seems like you need to use zune software from microsoft site. fortunately the software is pretty good, but this could be annoying if you have all your stuff on itunes or something -NO UNICODE SUPPORT IN HARDWARE??? most annoying thing- the zune software on the computer supports asian languages, but on the player all foreign characters show up as blank boxes. Hopefully microsoft will update the firmware someday once they expand into the asian markets, but for now I can live with it. (at least it has a screen, which my old shuffle did not..)

Pros: Have purchased new previous and this reburb came just like new - no issues. As far as the Zune platform goes, I like the interface and touch pad much better than the ipod circular pad. Sound quality is excellent and wirless is convenient for sync without requiring a tethered cable to the PC. Works great with Ford Sync. Screen is nice quality for music or quick video.
Cons: No equilizer function to fine tune sound and must use zune software to copy/sync music.
Other Thoughts: I have had the 30gb unit for 1yr plus and my two sons also have the 8gb zunes, which they love.

Cons: Broken right out of the box. My computer wont even recognize a zune is plugged in. Wont turn on.
