Poor refurb Quality
- Pros: Great unit till they fail after the shotty 30 day policy!
- Cons: Bought two refurb units and now both have failed. One was for my daughters birthday present. Now it won't even do anything. Very upset!
- Other Thoughts: Should warranty refurbs more than 30 crappin days!
Excellent player
- Pros: One of the things that I love about the Zune platform is the devotion Microsoft shows to the generations as they mature, with new firmware updates and features. This player is excellent and very easy to use; I'm buying one now for my grandmother.
- Cons: The headphones that come with the Zune 4/8/16 devices are not of the same quality as the "premium" set that comes with the 120gbs.
- Other Thoughts: The software is much better in terms of layout and performance than iTunes on Windows, and has some good, unique features like the Zune Pass and xBox 360 integration that give the platform a few legs to stand on.
Cheap, works, no complaints
- Pros: Bought it for my girl, couldn't pass up the deal of getting the other accessories for free. Again, New egg rocks! Got all of it on the same day 3 days from day of ordering.
Works great, no complaints. Looks new except the box says refurbished.
- Cons: No cons. Maybe that it's pink....but that was my girls decision and it's hers. 0_0
- Other Thoughts: Got her the Zune Pass to make it easy for her to find all the music she wanted. Great deal! Thanks Newegg!
