Very Nice Little Box
- Pros: Small, very quiet, exactly as advertised.
- Cons: None that I have found yet.
- Other Thoughts: I'm using this with no HD or optical drive along with a USB stick loaded with ZeroShell as a home router. Works great, replaced the 8 year old desktop that was doing the job previously.
Nice Little Machine
- Pros: Well built. Easy to Install ram and Hard Drive. Price is amazing, I already had extra ram and Hard Drive, so it was quite worth it for me. Have it running Ubuntu 9.04 as an AFP Mac File server. Works very well. It is very silent as well.
- Cons: None really other then that I could not install Ubuntu 9.10. I believe it has to do with the video driver. Foxconn does not support linux of any kind. From their tech support they claim that the computer will only work properly with Windows not linux. Which is not true.
- Other Thoughts: Great little computer, wish it had a bit more linux support. I refuse to install any kind of MS Windows on it. Very happy with it.
- Pros: It's an over all great system for the price, the hdd bracket is a little strange but look at the instructions you get with it and you will be fine.So easy to pop in a hardrive, a stick of ddr2, and a disk drive I am running windows 7 and it look beautiful
- Cons: The intel atom 230 is good but if your looking for a little more power just get the barebone that has the dual core its only about $20 or $30 more
- Other Thoughts: with such a small case it stays cool but not enough to overclock i wouldnt advise it, i have no idea why they put a 3.5 bay in it maybe for a floppy i guess
