The TomTom ONE 130•S gives you brilliant basic GPS navigation, plus some really helpful advanced features to make your day on the road easier! You can choose fastest or shortest route, bicycle or walking route, or limited speed routing to avoid freeways. You can even tell the ONE 130•S what time you need to arrive at your destination, and choose your route accordingly. ONE mounts quickly to your windshield with a simple heavy-duty suction cup mount, which is included.
The TomTom ONE 130•S comes with pre-installed maps for the U.S. and Canada, and a large database of POI (Points of Interest) which helps you find necessities like food and gas, and fun stuff like shopping and attractions. The turn-by-turn voice directions speaks the street names, to help you find your destination without having to take you eyes off the road. With a built-in traffic sensor and an “Avoid Roadblock” feature that lets you re-route around construction or other slow-downs, you can avoid burning gas unnecessarily while sitting in traffic. The TomTom ONE 130•S brings you everything you need to stay on time and out of traffic in one pocket-sized package!

Replaced itself...
- Pros: It is a great GPS system that is easily programmable to remember frequent locations. It also makes driving much more enjoyable and stress-free.
- Cons: It is a target for theives.
- Other Thoughts: My car window was busted out and the previous unit stolen. It costs more to replace a window than it does to replace the unit. Don't make the same mistake I did. Put the GPS away so that it cannot be seen when you leave your car. I hope you all have better luck holding on to them than I did!

- Pros: Wery strong sat signal. Accurate, reliable. Easy to read display, easy to use intuitive interface.
- Cons: If you don't use it for a while and the battery completely discharges, it is a pain to get it restarted. Aftre you recharge it, it usually fails to boot the first try and locks up. Then you have to hold down the power button for awhile until it finally turns off. Then you hold down the power button again until it finally restarts.
- Other Thoughts: This is my second TomTom One 130S. Need one for a second vehicle and knew this one worked. Got it for about 1/2 the price of my first unit.

I have GPS now
- Pros: Ease of use, works right out of the box and offers a tutorial. Touch screen works nicely, display is bright, very user friendy. Don't let anyone tell you a G***in is better in the ease-of-use department. A salesman at the local dept. store tried to sell me one based on that argument. Of course it also cost much more than this very nice TomTom.

- Other Thoughts: I had used my brother's TomTom on a few occasions and relly liked it, very much influencing my decision to purchase this one. I'm glad I did.
