When chaos reigns in the streets and casinos of Sin City, it's up to the international counter-terrorist unit known as Rainbow Six to take out the opposition. You play as Logan Keller, one of the team leaders of Rainbow Six as you follow terrorist ringleader Irena Morales from a dusty Mexican border town to glitz and glamour of Las Vegas.
Lead your squad as you fast-rope from helicopters, rappel from hi-rise roof tops and use night vision goggles and snake cameras to locate your enemies and extract hostages. Make full use of cover as the AI-controlled enemies will attempt to counter your tactics as you sweep through the casino floors in pursuit.
While normally playing in first-person perspective, the camera pulls out to show you the area while you take cover behind door jams and slot machines. Your AI-controlled comrades will follow your instructions and each room offers multiple points of entry allowing you to select effective tactics. In addition to solo play, up to four players can take part in the mission. Ten multi-player game modes include Survival, Assassination, Terrorist Hunt, Attack & Defend and Retrieval among others with up to 16 players. Sometimes, what happens Vegas shouldn't stay in Vegas.

- Pros: Multiplayer is the best on Xbox Live out of all 360 games.
Graphics are pleasing and photo realistic in single player.
Controls and gameplay are phenomenal and are perfect for tactical game lovers.
- Cons: Single player left some things to be desired like a better story and a longer experience overall. Though it is enjoyable.
- Other Thoughts: If you have a 360 and Xbox Live, download the demo to this. Try it out. It's slow compared to games like Lost Planet and Gears of War, but extremely enjoyable and should offers months if not more of playtime.
Decent Shooter
- Pros: The single player is very good. This game is a change from the usual fps. The game has a more realistic and tactical feel to it rather than the run and gun shooters. Definite buy, get this before you get Rainbow Six Vegas 2 as it lightens up on the story.
- Cons: The muliplayer is good if you can even get a match. Now (9/31/09) you will be lucky to find a good online match.
- Other Thoughts: Decent shooter. A definite change up from the usual fps.

Yes Yes YES
- Pros: Great, different sets and classes including recon and demolition. Co-op on singleplayer 2-4 players or you can play alone. Comes with 48 hour xbox live (nice little bonus), and it was only 10 bucks and shipping took 4 days flat.
- Cons: not a whole lot generally
- Other Thoughts: Tons of fun, thanks again newegg! and ubisoft + other producers of course
- Pros: Good tactical shooter, controls are pretty fluid, and good selection of firearms. Removal of the planning stage and cutting the team down to three significantly streamlines the game in comparison to past Rainbow Six games.
- Cons: Enemy and Team AI can be dumb at times. Certain levels, such as Red Lotus can be very dark and or sparkling such that trying to make anything out becomes pretty hard on the eyes.
