Brutal Legend Xbox 360 Game Electronic Arts

Pros: Not much I can say that hasn't already been said. It's a decent action-RPG filled with an awesome soundtrack and Jack Black. Nuff said.

Cons: Fairly short story. While there's a lot to be done, the main storyline is a breeze. Graphically, the game looks a little dated - but this doesn't warrant any major fuss. The real issue that I found is in the issuing of commands during battle sequences. Things get a little sloppy, and your minions just kinda "do their own thing" sometimes. While the production quality is definitely there, it sometimes feels like there could have (nay, should have) been more. Of course, this is just my opinion.

Other Thoughts: For what it is, this is an amazingly fun game to play with a lot of redeeming qualities about it. It feels like a tie-in to a Tenacious D skit - so it's a definite must for any Jack Black, D, or metal fan. And at this price, there really is no excuse not to own it.

Pros: Great Music, Differentiating gaming types so game play never gets boring, Heavy Metal rockers with lots of cameos done well, graphics are great, hours of play and replay value, Simply a MUST HAVE for any gamer/metal head!

Cons: Game is a bit shallow but what do you expect from a game that is about heavy metal?

Other Thoughts: This game is so much fun that I had played a few levels but needed some money so I sold it and then bought it again and will never sell this one again. If you sell a game and you miss it even if you don't play it often you shouldn't sell that game and the nice thing is you can repurchase it if needed...that is what happened with this one.

Cons: This game changes up the gameplay frequently, which I'm not against, however, I'm not a fan of tower defense games. Unfortunately, this game did go from a hack and slash to a tower defense game, and I was unable to play though this portion. Disappointing as I did enjoy the style story and soundtrack

Other Thoughts: I have to say, kudos to the developer for trying something different, and changing up the gameplay to keep things fresh. Some may really enjoy this game, and at 5 bux you really still could not go wrong.

Pros: Good light hearted story line. If you're a Jack Black & Heavy Metal fan, you will definitely get your $5 out of this game.

Cons: For $5, there's nothing I can possibly complain about.

Other Thoughts: How else could you possibly spend $5 and be entertained. That's 1 cheap pint beer at the pub. Buy a six pack and this game and skip the pub one night while your girlfriend/wife is out of town. If you're comparing the cost to some fancy coffee drink, this may not be the game for you.

Pros: Rock, metal, breasts (I guess you can't say b00bs on Newegg), gore, comedy, Jack Black, Ozzy Osbourne, axes, swords, hot chicks, black magic... Everything you need for a legendary game.

Cons: Hmm... It isn't real? So sad.

Other Thoughts: Beat it a while ago but never owned it. At this price it was the right time to grab it.

Pros: Grand theft auto play-style + Real time strategy = Brutal legend
About 20+ hours of game play (worth at least 10 bucks)

Other Thoughts: Found this one a while back and have leased it to several friends. Everyone loved it.

Pros: it's a beautiful game that has loads of great music. the best part about the game is the gameplay. it's so fun to play i've beaten it like 20 times and still enjoy playing it. the devs have done an amazing job of creating a game that gives you a truly unique, memorable, and enjoyable experience.

Cons: that game is unfinished. not unfinished in the sense that you'll run into missing textures or countless glitches. it's unfinished as far as content. the missing content that was originally going to be included before the lawsuit would have probably made this game near perfect for me. unfortunately, the game ends up feeling a little short and light. it's very sad to think this game, as amazing as it is, could have been even better had activision not been jerks.
