Pros: Good phone. NIce design. Slim and good features. Quad-Band is a really nice tough too because I can travel everywhere with it. When I first got the phone I was not sure if it was Quad-Band but you can go into the options and then network settings of the phone and choose between 850/1900 or 900/1800.
Cons: None that I could find. Even price was awesome!!

Pros: This phone is thin. Good as an alternative for unlocked function.
Cons: Be careful this phone is probably exported from Europe (with default Euporean style AC charger plug and US adapter). It is only a tri-band phone, not quad band as advertised. It has the capability to do quad band probably, but this one from NewEgg is only tri-band as labeled outside the box, lacking the critical 850 MHz band for US. You will get worse signal in certain areas of the country.
Other Thoughts: Have to return it the same day I receive it. Probably not NewEgg's fault, because the flyer for the phone is very confusing.

Pros: Excellent Value If you don't need texting. My Unit was Retail Box, Brand New. Works right out of the box with AT&T(Cingular). Put in the SIM, learn the menu's and off you go.
Cons: None so far. Older model but solid.
