Pros: easy fitting in the ear. no need to have to worry about it falling out.

Cons: after some time it likes to slowly lower toward the ground. take the ear piece off clean it and use some baby powder on it and your back to new.

Other Thoughts: i have used this item on a daily basis for over a year and love it.

Pros: Great device despite what the previous reviewer said.
Long talk and standby time, The charging case is a GREAT feature. Very good looking, very comfortable . . . I mean, after 5 hrs wear you're starting to feel it, but that's not the norm. Beautiful leather protective case (the charger unit.)

I've Done many tests with people / friends / customers - NO ONE can tell I'm talking on a headset - I've recommended the headset to many others who have bought and loved.

EASY to use. Hold earpiece button in - wait for the chime - you're on. wait for the beep - you're connected. PRESS and hold to bring up voice dialing on blackberry - say your command. End call with a press, hold button in until you hear the Chime - it's off.

Charging - you don't need the case to charge the unit - both use a micro USB hookup

Cons: Case to Headset hookup a little tricky at first - you're scared of breaking something. You need to puch the tip of the headset to the front of the case, and come down at the right angle. No problem once you're used to it.

Other Thoughts: Work pays for my headset - So i bought the most expensive one I could find at the time with the features i wanted ( There were more pricey ones - but friends who have used a ton of headsets recommended the Plantronics products.) I paid 130 plus taxes, and felt it was a great buy for the look, feel, feature set and most of all - the sound clarity and quality.

Pretty decent headset

Pros: The headset has good sound quality and keeps the charge pretty good. The case which doubles as an extra charger is a good idea. I occasionally bring in the case and charge it which is enough for the amount that I use it which is not very much. I only make one or two phone calls with it each day.
Having a non propietary charger cable is awesome and one of the reasons I ordered this headset.

Cons: I returned the first one because the microphone was dead which was pretty annoying. Newegg did replace it but it added shipping costs to the price.
The headset occasionally disconnects by itself but luckily only does this after a call so it's not a big deal. I'm also not a huge fan of the in-ear headsets now that I've tried it but that's a personal preference. I definitely don't leave the headset in when I'm not using it.

Other Thoughts: I have not tried advanced features like pairing with multiple devices but that features was also one of the reasons I chose this headset.
Given how there doesn't seem to be a headset that doesn't have a couple of terrible reviews it was hard to pick out one with any kind of certainty of it being good. All in all I'm pretty happy with this one.

DOA Return

Pros: Prior units worked great.

Cons: New Egg shipped me a DOA unit and then charged me $8.76 to return the defective unit the next day. I have used New Egg for years, but to charge for a defective return may cost them a long time customer.

AWESOME, LOVE IT

Pros: Great headset, AMAZING distance, i can talk with the phone on the other side of the house with little to no distortion. Great sound, even a little loud.

Cons: No mute button, wish the volume control had a greater range and more than just a button. It is so loud that I had to stop myself from turning it up because I found that my ear felt like it had been to a rock concert after driving and talking.

Other Thoughts: Great product, would recommend. Also driving noise can sometimes be a problem but i have never found a bluetooth headset where it is not.
