Pros: Price

Cons: I'm not sure if I received a bad unit or what, but the directions say to hold for 2 seconds to turn on or off, but I am having to hold for much longer.

In order for the device to go into discovery mode, the directions say to hold the call control button for two seconds and it will flash blue and red. This was not the case. I had to hold the call button for a good 45 seconds or longer. If I let go, it did not appear to turn on. After holding for about 30 seconds a blue light came on, but if I let go here, it would turn off. Finally, I held down even after the blue light flashed once and another 30 seconds later it was flashing blue and red. It is now paired, but takes about 15 seconds to turn on or off.

This came with a usb cable and a wall charger. When the wall charger is plugged in, there is a green light on the charger. When I plug the headset in, the green light on the charger shuts off and the headset does not charge. (I can only charge with the usb cable plugged into a pc)

Pros: Excellent sound quality for both parties. Lightweight and comfortable to wear for an extended period of time. Working perfect with my Blackberry. Not as good as the Planatronics 520 of course but for $20 and free S&H its a great buy.

Cons: Not really any. Took a couple of tries to get the inital sync to my Blackberry but has worked perfectly since.

Other Thoughts: I am on the phone a lot as a Regional Manager and for this price and value, I bought it as a 2nd unit just to leave in the car or at work since I kept forgetting my 520 and its worked out great. For better than the Jabba BT 2050 that just killed my ear.

Pros: Cheap Pair good with my Blackberry, Never Dropped out on me. For $20 and Free Shipping this Blue Tooth was a steal. I talk all day everyday.

Cons: You get what you pay for, don't expect to ride with the top down and the wind in your face! Not the Bluetooth for a windy environment

Other Thoughts: Wish the battery life was longer then 4 -5 hours. But I can't complain about that. 1. It was only $20 and 2. It gets me through my everyday convos

Cons: It took me a couple hours to get used to it. The fixed on ear-loop is annoying, but it rotates around right-ear,left-ear and at different angles so that you can be comfortable wearing it.

Pros: Comfortable to wear, very stylish, doesn't pulsate an annoying "bluetooth blue" when powered on, and good auido/voice capture.

Cons: Twice while I was on my cell phone using the bluetooth, it asked if I wished to still use the headset. I had been talking for over an hour. It didn't end my call or transfer it from the bluetooth headset to the handset. Just a little quirk.

Other Thoughts: Solid headset. I really enjoy it and highly recommended it.

Pros: It's comfortable, very sturdy and has excelent sound quality for you.

Cons: The so called noise cancelation is ok if you're in a reasonably quiet environment. IE your car or an office or maybe even at home depending. If you're anywhere else though out side on a windy day, driving with the windows down, out on a construction site or even at a party or public affair this probably is not the kind of sound quality you want to put out to your recipient.

Other Thoughts: I've tried so many head sets trying to find one that is sturdy and has excellent noise cancelation due to the fact that I work a consistantly noisy environment day in and day out. The only head set that does what it says is the Aliph Jawbone, the only problem was the earloops would always break, but now it seems they've solved that problem with the Icon.

Pros: I liked the ear piece and as well as the hook. It is comfortable and secure.

Cons: I get a humming noise in the background. I deleted the item from my phone and readded it and still had the problem. I also changed the setting on echo control from auto to yes and still had the problem.

Pros: This ear piece easily paired with my phone. It is very comfortable, I sometimes forget I am even wearing it which is hard to find since I have small ears. It is also easier to change ears than most over the ear devices.I get quality reception at a decent volume and the person on the other end can hear me clearly. Although other people have been giving it mediocre reviews, this is the best ear piece I have bought so far.

Cons: The over the ear part is hard plastic, it is comfortable but has more of a chance of breaking than the flexible ones. Just need to be careful.

Other Thoughts: I am buying another one for a friend of mine
