Twice Defective

Pros: None

Cons: Received one, everything worked except microphone, so it was basically useless. Sent back RMA and received another, same issue microphone would not work. I have used many of the H series bluetooth devices and order them all the time for users at work as well. I never had this many problems with Motorola.

Other Thoughts: Save your money and your frustration.

Pros: Goes over my ear. I cant stand the ones that go into the ear. I have had the same unit purchased some where else for a while and loved it. no problems at all until my wife washed it.

Cons: DOA. I Should have listened to the reviews. The headset had scratch marks and looks used.

Other Thoughts: Since the reviews are so bad on this I am going to go directly to Motorola instead of trying another one from New Egg. Apparently bulk must mean its left over junk. Lesson learned

Looks used and didn't work.

Pros: It arrived.

Cons: Looks used, chrome is chipping off of sides, plug area looks like it has been used as it has nicks and chips around it. There is dirt around the button area. It also does not shut off when the boom is closed which really doesn't matter since you can not make it pair with anything in the first place.

Other Thoughts: This was bought as a gift. Purchased from newegg because I have never had any issues with them in the past and it was cheaper here then on another online site. Now with return shipping it will be costing more. Not to mention the hope to get an actual new unit instead of a used one.

I have owned this same headset for a year now and it is kept in my shirt pocket for 9+ hours a day and doesn't look even one quarter as used as this "new" headset looks.
