Pros: Clear sound, easy to use interface, remote control, BLUETOOTH, USB interface, iPod control/interface, etc. MP3 playback is perfect and fast! CD player works very well, lots of fine tuning for tweaking it for your personal preferences. Sub outs, front and rear outs, ext mic hookup, hookups for the HD and Sat radio options right on the back. Installed into a 94 Z26, no issues. Already had the mount adapter and harness adapter from the previous aftermarket radio, so reused them. I highly recommend using an adapter kit, and doing the wiring right, pays off in the end. I had absolutely ZERO problems with the install, but I took the time to make the adapter harness correctly before putting it in.
Cons: Not that many yet, the sub out basically is just 2 line outs on a cord, non directional, just there for a single or dual channel sub. Works for my setup, but may not be preferred for some others. Ext mic would not work with a couple of them I had here, so it probably only works with the Sony one specifically, which is a bummer. Not pleased with the gauge of wire used on the supplied harness, but it will do I suppose. It looks to be around an 18-20 gauge with a very thin covering. The main power feed (yellow) and the ground wire (black) seemed a bit heavier, but not much. Works fine though so who knows.
Other Thoughts: With regards to the built in Mic. I have made a few calls, and the people on the other end could not tell the difference. So I am assuming that maybe in my case the ext mic is not needed, since the built in one seems to work just fine. I am using this with an AT&T Nokia 6085h camera flip phone. Works perfectly with the phone and the music player on it. To make a specific call you have to initiate it on the phone itself, but it will redial the last number from the head unit directly. I am still learning this so may just be missing other ways to make some calls. I am VERY pleased with the unit so far, radio stations come in SO much better, the BTM function was pretty sweet as well!

Pros: USB and Bluetooth work great with my iPhone.
Cons: No caller id on display. Way too bright!
Other Thoughts: I voided my warranty by taking apart the face plate and using my trusty Sharpie marker to dim the LEDs. This worked great and now it is no longer too bright :)
I also ordered the external mic so I can be heard better while on the phone.
