Pros: So far it has pretty good sound quality and for the price you can't beat it. I would definitely recommend to a friend.
Cons: None so far, i think its great
Other Thoughts: Make sure that you have an optical output on your TV if you want to connect more than one system with surround sound because this product only has an optical input and a hdmi output. If not then you will have to keep switching the optical cord to get surround sound for each system.

Pros: Love it, connects easily, can't say enough about it. Did everything i wanted and for the price, you cant beat that.
Cons: nothing really
Other Thoughts: just remember that if you hit input on the remote, in order to get back to DVD/CD mode you have to hit the function button.
