The JVC TH-G31 DVD digital theater system puts you right in the center of the action. A foursome of compact satellite speakers, a center speaker, and a booming subwoofer deliver 1,000 watts of audio power through 5.1 channels, giving you immersive sound.
The 1080p-upconverting progressive-scan DVD player eliminates even the slightest hint of blur or distortion, and brings new realism to your DVD movies. With Dolby Digital, Dolby Pro Logic II, and DTS decoders onboard and the brilliant clarity of HDMI output you get stunning video and audio from all your media.
A front auxiliary input makes connecting additional sources quick and simple. As for playback options, JVC’s home entertainment systems easily accommodate both the old and the new by combining DVD/CD and FM playback with the ability to handle digital audio and video files from a wide variety of sources.

Love it
- Pros: Love it, connects easily, can't say enough about it. Did everything i wanted and for the price, you cant beat that.
- Cons: nothing really
- Other Thoughts: just remember that if you hit input on the remote, in order to get back to DVD/CD mode you have to hit the function button.
- Pros: So far it has pretty good sound quality and for the price you can't beat it. I would definitely recommend to a friend.

- Other Thoughts: Make sure that you have an optical output on your TV if you want to connect more than one system with surround sound because this product only has an optical input and a hdmi output. If not then you will have to keep switching the optical cord to get surround sound for each system.

- Pros: THIS HOME THEATRE IS AWSOME. I BOUGHT THIS A COUPLE MONTHS BACK, AND I HAVE NO PROBLEMS WHAT SO EVER. I LOVE IT!
