Pros: Hi-Res (1024x768). Supports SDHC (Contacted the manufacturer). Sound is good. Picture is great. Video playback is smooth. MP3, can play songs while pics are displayed.
Cons: Slideshow does pics in order, no way to radomize. The month on the calendar is stuck at 00, I don't see any need to use the date/calender so no big deal.
Other Thoughts: Bought this for my wife for Christmas. The quality of the pictures is awesome, compared to a Polaroid I bought for my mom and others I checked out on display in the various stores. Speakers are small but the sound was very good I thought, look its a picture frame not a stereo system. Video playback was very nice, sound was good. I contacted the manufacturer about SDHC memory cards, was informed that the newer frames with the newer firmware would support SDHC. I bought a 4GB SDHC card from Newegg.com and it works great. The only thing I did not like was the slideshow only shows the pictures in order (A-Z). Even the Poloroid I got my mom will radomize the pics in a slideshow. I got around this by finding a free file renamer (1-4a Rename v1.56.0) on the web, this software will radomize the files before renaming. Of course this is a one time deal and the files will still only play in the order they are on the memory card. The MP3 files will be played inorder while the slideshow is playing.

Pros: Very easy to use. Picture resolution is good. Lots and lots of options/display choices. Very adjustable picture.
Cons: Couldn't get the reds to adjust properly. The reds tended to "glow" or were muted and brownish. Unit worked well for ~month, then started overheating after 5-10 minutes of use. Screen would start up and display pictures normally, then go dark after a few minutes.
Other Thoughts: This unit has no internal memory. I knew this and decided that flash cards are way cheaper than buying a unit with internal memory. Plus, you can take them straight out of your digi cam and put them in the picture frame for viewing with no formatting required.

Pros: The product is a good one but for some reason it was giving some blurry pictures. I talked to newegg.com customer service and they immediately responded by sending a shipping label and they agreed to send a new one.
Cons: As far I think, this is a good product but I got a defective one. It worked well on the 1st day but later it had a messy images. But newegg.com helped me in getting a new one
Other Thoughts: I never purchased from newegg.com before and this is my first product. I really like newegg.com. They are very prompt in responding and also aluratek.com is also very very helpful. They constantly checked with me about the product. I would highly recommend to use newegg.com and also aluratek products.
