Ambilight Owns
- Pros: Great TV for the price. Ambilight is going to be a new standard. Lots of inputs and very nice looking aesthetically.
- Cons: I will have to agree this is the heaviest TV I have ever owned. I also had to harass AIT to get it delivered. 5 business days after it arrived at local depot.
Excellent!!! You wont go wrong
- Pros: I can't believe this T.V. The picture is amazing and it has all the great features (except 1080p) for much less than the other TVs out there.
- Cons: The TV is heavy and I am not crazy about the remote. Also, the instructions on set up and PIP etc could be better.
- Other Thoughts: I ordered this on a Monday and received it on Friday. Shipping was great!
WOW, this price!!!
- Pros: Ok, I am just making a statement on the price here. I already made a review about a month back when I got this TV. I just cant believe this price!! Its insanely LOW. What is up newegg?? This TV is going for 2500+ in my local Best Buy /Circuit City stores, and if you ask them why, they always say its got one of the best pictures out of any of there HDTV's and tons of features. I absolutely cant believe this price. When I bought it here it was 1600 and even then I didn't believe the price. I actually
- Cons: N/A
- Other Thoughts: I actually had a chance to compare this TV to one of those new Pioneer Plasma elites with 20,000:1 contrast ratios, side by side on a full HD signal, and honestly, the industry has the consumers by the balls, there was BARELY any improvement in colors. A very slight improvement, but one only the trained eye would notice. When people & companies talk about certain HDTV's sets having "better pictures" etc, for the most part, people are referring to very slight improvements (unless your dealing with very low end HDTV's compared to high end) so don't be fooled by all the mumbo jumbo out there.
