Pros: My mother has been using this set 6 hours every day for the past 2 1/2 years. Last week we had a massive power surge - lost this TV along with one other and three computers. I replaced the power supply board and its back up and running!
Cons: None
Other Thoughts: Never had to go back to Westinghouse, so I don't know about their service.

Horrible Company

Pros: None.
Cons: Had the TV for a few months, then it started to turn off and turn back on all by itself. Sometimes I would wake up in the middle of the night to the TV turning itself on for no reason (no remote near me). Tried to return it but Westinghouse had me jumping through hoops trying to get a refund/replacement. Eventually I just gave up. They wanted me to pay shipping to return a faulty product. Thats not what I call good customer service. Not to mention it took me over 2 weeks just to get an RMA number from them, and then when I asked for a box and a return shipping label to send it back they said that it was my responsibility to cover shipping and hung up on me. They hung up on me!! A paying customer who was trying to return a defective product. Needless to say I wouldn't recommend a Westinghouse TV to anyone ever.
Other Thoughts: Don't buy this or any other Westinghouse LCD TV/Monitor. They all have the same problems, inferior build quality and parts used. Average life span of one of their products seems to be 8 months to a year. Check out the Better Business Bureau (bbb.org) if you don't want to take my word for it. They have 487 complaints in the past 3 years for their defective products.

Terrible support

Pros: Price, when it works of course. It does not worth a penny if it's broken.
Cons: TV died after a few months. Westinghouse customer support is non-existent. Waited over month month calling every week and part was always back ordered. I insisted so much that they sent me a return label to ship the TV back. I didn't have the box, the agent told me to go to Walmart and get a box from another TV. Another month after shipping the TV, called a few more times and they were still processing. Called again and they said the TV was ready but they didn't have my information, as phone number and address ?!?!?! Even after I called around 10 times, always providing a case number. They finally shipped the TV and I couldn't get a tracking number as it was on Friday and their system only updates on the weekend ?!?!?! Called after the weekend, their system was offline... When I finally got the TV back, sold it on the same minute.
Other Thoughts: Don't buy it. As the other review said, save a little bit and buy a good brand.
