Pros: Excellent picture - simple to set up. This unit is a refirb and I could not be happier with the TV Picture and the cost. Shippment was fast and professional. Set up was fast and easy. Color will blow you away. I looked at a lot of HDTVs and for the money, this is the best deal around.
Cons: Minor, sound is OK but not great - skinny speakers on most of these units. Once you hook it up to a real sound system it is fine. The Refirb only gives you a 90 warranty and NewEgg did not offer an exstended warranty - shop around and you can find one.

Pros: Purchased this TV from Newegg. It was shipped quickly, the price was right and I love the TV ! It's much bigger than I thought it would be and the picture is absolutely beautiful. The sound is good, perfectly acceptable for my purposes however I hooked up a small pair of speakers to it as well. I couldn't be happier with the quality. I love it ! It's a great bargain at this price from newegg.
Cons: I noticed someone else mentioned this already, and mine is the same, when you turn on the TV and then the cable box, you usually have to wait a few seconds and then re-start either the TV or the cable box to get the cable box to come on. I didn't view this as a big deal and it was the only issue I had. I think that it's a minimal issue though when you consider the product and the price being so nice.
Other Thoughts: I loved the TV so much I bought a Toshiba DVD player with upconvert and it hooked right up on the colorstream input and has a super picture as well.

Pros: This is a great tv for the price. good black levels. I have had no problems with it since I have owned it.
Cons: only 3 hdmi ports, but I knew that when I bought it.
Other Thoughts: Glad I went with a 46" over a 42"
