Pros: cheap (price) boils water well. newegg rox.

Cons: cheap (quality). doesn't stop boiling water until it's unplugged.

Other Thoughts: when auto "keep warm" ction did not work and the pot boiled itself dry in a couple of minutes i tried to return for exchange with manufacturer. exchange was refused over the phone because product was "not defective." how did they know? they said:

"this product was not designed to work at high altitude. you live at 4000', SO IT ISN'T SUPPOSED TO WORK."

well why don't they advertise that subtle flaw in the design so that the 100,000,000 americans that live over 2500' MSL will know that their product is useless? imho it's just a scam to avoid the cost of supporting a product thafunt they know is faulty. i'm staying away from this company in the future, but that's just my 2¢.
