Stand out from the crowd! The NZXT Apollo Orange Case strikes the right balance between cooling, value and design, while making a bold statement . . . that you hope you can back up! Its steel chassis, orange finish, wide side panel window, front panel LEDs, and unique design give it an aggressive look and feel. The magnetic closing door, along with the screwless rail design drive bays, ensure that maintenance and installations are essentially tool-free. Compatible with ATX, Micro-ATX, and Baby AT formats, your case will be ready for upgrades for some time to come.
This case also features two USB ports, one Firewire and one audio port at the right-hand side of the front panel, for instant connectivity with a wide variety of peripherals, while at the same time not detracting from its looks. Things are kept cook by 2 120mm fans in the side and rear. Bue LEDs in the side fan show off the inner works of your customized beast. 10 (five 5.25" external, one 3.5" external, and four 3.5" internal) drive bays can be filled with multiple drives, while seven expansion slots will allow you add all manner of aids to your motherboard.
This is a unique and agressive case with a lot of room to work in, built with an awareness of the needs of the incessant "tweaker". Grab one today and start building your arsenal!

Very nice case.
- Pros: Very nice look, sort of like an alienware case, but I like it a bit more then I do those. Plenty of room to work with, very fast and easy to install drives and the motherboard was a breeze to install. Solid as well. The most in depth user guide for a case I have seen, and I have worked with many being a PC techician.
- Cons: Wasn't quite the orange it appeared online, more of a burnt orange/copper thing going on, just like those copper/orangish colored cars you see out and about. Got scratch on top of case relatively easily just sitting around my room before everything was installed, must have been cat but just seemed awfully easy to scratch the paint.
- Other Thoughts: I installed an additional 120mm fan in the front for additional cooling, never a bad idea.
Beautiful Case
- Pros: Big mid case with lots of room for upgrades. 3 (2 pre-installed 1 more optional) big 120mm fans equal great cooling for those who don't want to mess with water cooling. And lets not forget the great design and colour; I'm usually not one for flashy colour and design but the burnt copper looks amazing. Price. $50 after rebate can't be beat for this quality. Screw less designs make installation easy (still used screws for added security). Lighter than expected. My componets fit nicely with room for an additonal 8800 GTS.
- Cons: 2 of the 4 3.5 drive bays are side loaded. It's a personal preference but I don't much like it. 2 of the rear fan plug pins were slightly bent, not enough to dock it but it was an annoyance. No MOBO tray. And speaking of MOBO's, I don't think it will accommodate the new DDR3 MOBO's, then again it is only a Mid Tower. At this point though I don't think DDR3 technology is worth the money or performance gains. Maybe in a couple of years. 1kw PCU was a snug fit, but I think anything below a 900W will fit fine. Wire management could have been better. Rear fan different make than side fan and slightly noisier.
- Other Thoughts: This is my first build and this case made installation of my components fairly easy. Only problem I had was with wire management, but my computer savy friend helped me with that. Every one should have a computer geek friend.
specs: Intel 2 Quad Q6600, Coolmaster RR-CCZ-LL12-GP, ASUS P5E X-38, EVGA Geforce 8800GTS, ABS Tagan BZ 1KW, Crucial Ballistix 2x2GB PC28500, Vista 64bit.

So Far so Sweet
- Pros: Owned for 1+ years. Looks pretty sweet! Good layout. Slick LEDs. Good quiet fans.
- Cons: Plastic Orange Front Panel, slightly different color than steel chassis. I don't get the "beeps" when the my pc starts up. Not on my Biostar or Asus, so I have to assume it's the case.
- Other Thoughts: Should come with a PS for $80.
Very nice case. Good support from NZXT
- Pros: Very stylish and cool looking case design. Blue LEDs look pretty. Everything fits nicely inside with plenty of drive bays and spare room to put extra cables and junk out of the way. I bought my case used from a friend. It was actually blue and I painted it a bright orange. I had heard the orange of this case was more of burnt orange like Texas University. (which isn't good for me since I'm a OSU cowboy) I love the screwless features for all the drive bays and the sideways hard drive bays at the bottom. Makes removing hard drives very painless which is good if you need to do that a lot (which I do).
- Cons: The fan on the side of the case is not very good quality. I am going to replace it with a better one eventually. Also, there is a metal screen that sits between the side duct fan and the plastic vents. The mesh is very small and greatly inhibits the airflow from the fan. I recommend removing it.
- Other Thoughts: Since my case was used, it did not have the plastic rails used to install hard drives into the sideways hard drive spaces. The support team NZXT great. Even though I had no invoice or anything for the case, they still shipped me the pieces for free. All I had to do was send them some pictures of the case as proof. They responded to my emails quickly and were very easy to work with.
Also, I would like to comment about newegg's excellent service. This is my first computer build and I ordered all of my parts from newegg. My order was processed quickly and securely and everything was shipped together. My order arrived at my house on time and everything was very nicely packaged in one box. Thank you newegg!! You are the best!!
Holding Strong
- Pros: It has been over 2 years since I purchased this case; and it's still holding strong.
-Not flimsy -Reasonable price -sweet looking case? -The fans work great, even room for a third in the front.
- Cons: -Paint scratches easily
-one LED on the 120mm fan burnt out, just as many others have experienced. -the HD slide attachments aren't the strongest (Because they are plastic) so when you're pulling your HD out make sure not to apply too much pressure, or else you will break it :)
- Other Thoughts: This is a sweet case, which is strong enough, but doesn't weight a ton, does a pretty good of cooling your computer and has plenty of room for upgrades..
If you're looking for a good case that will last the stand of time with a reasonable price tag, look no further.
I'd only suggest a different color? As the orange is a little more burnt than it appears.
