Pros: Great board for Linux and XP. Using it for a SageTV board.

Cons: A bit pricey compared to other 965 boards.

Pros: The software that comes with it is decent. Everything is easy to get to and well laid out.

Cons: 2 Memory slots died within 3 weeks of owning this board. Board has a difficult time recognizing SATA hard drives.

Other Thoughts: Fast shipping from Newegg. It's not their fault that that this board **** the bed on me.
