4 out of 5 eggsgreat motherboard!!!!!

Pros: Great mobo, I am satisfied with this motherboard, i bought it because I am in a very tight budget and is a SLI capable.

Cons: none.

Other Thoughts: All the people who has problems with this motherboard need to monitor the temperature of the system, I got some problems with that but i fix it and my pc runs like a champ. My specs:
AMD athlon64 3200+ socket 754, 1.50 GB of RAM, and dual XFX geforce 6800xt.
My 3DMARK05 Benchmark is: 6400.

4 out of 5 eggsRMA board works 4.0

Pros: See previous post. RMAd the first board, the second one works great. Changed memory also, so that may have been an issue. Same configuration as previous post except for memory.

Cons: Took two trys to get a board that worked.

Other Thoughts: New Egg's customer service is outstanding.

3 out of 5 eggsLooking for Answers...

Pros: Looking for someone with the same problems.

Cons: I can not get this thing to run stable while gaming. Runs Windows
just fine but constantly crashes in COH\COV, CS/DOD, BF2 etc.
Crashes usualy come often and early in the game. Sometimes just freezes and sometimes a complete crash.

Other Thoughts: Im starting to wonder if it can handle my 7950GT.

4 out of 5 eggsDecent

Pros: SLI! for the 754 Socket that was left in the dust by the 939
Easy Setup, GOod Instructions

Cons: Its obvious Epox had to squeeze things together to fit SLI in
I hate where the floppy slot is, i also hate where the motherboard power slots are,
This board isnt very expandable, after 2 honking video cards, you have 3 PCI slots left, in my case 1: Fan Controller, 2 SoundCard, 3 NIC.

Other Thoughts: If you are not going to get a 939 processor in the next 6 months, get this board.

2 out of 5 eggsOver Priced

Pros: supports SLI

Cons: not stable at all every time I reboot it gives me a CPU Change error and I have to go to the bios to correct it. Also when I first installed the board I had to reseat the BIOS chip and the CMOS battery was upside down

Other Thoughts: I would return this board if they would except it

5 out of 5 eggsgood board

Pros: I bought it because I thought I would sli but never got the chance. Upgraded before that. Was a great board for my 3700 clawhammer and evga 7800 GT.

Cons: none. oh. I think the sli is x8 x8.

Other Thoughts: I liked all the tools that came with it.

2 out of 5 eggsUnstable performance

Pros: none that I can think of

Cons: Could not get this board to stop freezing. Awaiting RMA for another board. Normal build with Board drivers off CD, then XP install, the system either fails to boot or freezes right after boot. Had the best luck by going to Nvidia web site and downloading driver, then installing by going through hardware, update driver. If other drivers are loaded from Board CD, then board freezes frequently. Bought 500 watt power supply thinking it was a power issue, but still had same issue.

Other Thoughts: AMD Sempron, 512Mb memory, Biostar 6600GT Video Card, Linksys 802.11g PCI card, Win XP SP2.

4 out of 5 eggsAll good in the hood of EPox

Pros: Only Socket 754 board out there with support for SLI. Very inexpensive, and is feature-packed for the over clocker (although I've had trouble because my AMD Newcastle core processor is horrible).

Also I haven't tested the change MAC address feature.

Cons: Unless adding low-level support SLI is the ONLY upgrade you intend to make, your money would be better spent on a new system all-together.

Other Thoughts: I bundled it with 2x 6800 GTs and the total upgrade cost me $180. However, because I kept my Athlon 64 3000+ Newcastle processor, my performance is bottlenecked by it. But I'm satisfied as I'm still waiting on my tax return $$$ for a new e4300 system.

5 out of 5 eggsInexpenivie way to upgarde AMD 754 cpu's for SLI video cards

Pros: A very solid and stable motherboard. An inexpensive SLI video card upgrade solution if your using an older AMD 754 cpu.

Cons: Motherboard is End of Life in terms of technology. If planning on new computer, I would go with a modern Amd/Intel chipset/cpu socket.

Other Thoughts: With an AMD 3400+, 1 gb ram, and Nvidia 7600 GT 256 card you can run oblivion on very high settings with some settings tweaks.

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Booted right up, no problems from the start.

Cons: Had issues extracting Raid drivers from CD onto floppy, had to use another computer for the process.

Other Thoughts: Haven't tried overclocking yet, waiting for liquid cooling.

A64 3200+, 7900GS, Hitachi 250Gb x2, 2Gbs Corsair XMS.
