5 out of 5 eggsFair Price

Pros: Very easy to set up, the metal thing for the mouse and USB fit great for my ATX case.

Cons: This ATX MB is kind of small, I have to pull back out my PSU before I can plug the wire next to the Heatsink, just more work but it's fine.

Other Thoughts: Don't waste money on higher value MB because this MB works perfectly!

5 out of 5 eggsGreat board for the price

Pros: Great board. Easy installation, works great with Windows Vista 32 bit home premium. I recommend it for anyone interested in building a nice mid to high grade machine.

Cons: The software utilities that come with the board don't work well with Vista. The Tune up program works, but has to be given the privilege to run each time the computer starts. Other than that, none.

Other Thoughts: System info:
Intel Core 2 Duo 2.0 ghz
2 gb Kingston 667 ddr2
250 wd SATA HD
256 MB Gigabyte video card
1 dvd rom/ 1 dvd writer
1 digital memory card reader

5 out of 5 eggsGREAT MOBO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Pros: CHEAP!!!! Good options, well made, GREAT overclocker!!! EASY and PAINLESS install...

Cons: BAD IDE placement...
Only supports uptp DDR2 667 memory. Could use a soundcard, but not to bad..

Other Thoughts: I bought this board just to use you some spare parts I had. I inmsatlled a old Pentium d 805 2.66GHz cpu and this board overclovked it to a ROCK stabled 3.8 GHz, with a Seagate 300gb harddrive , MSI X1950PRO 512mb videocard and 2GB of G-Skill DDR2 533 overclocked to 722mhz. All the parts I used were old parts I had upgraded from. This board FLYS with old parts, so I bet if someone threw in a e4300 or another Core 2 Duo it would really be fast. For the cost of $68.00 from NEWEGG this is the BEST performance board out!!!!

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Board

Pros: Great board. Has ran just fine for a year now.

Cons: None really

Other Thoughts: I bought this board to eventually get a Core 2 from the Celeron I bought for a cheap alternative to get me by. I haven't had the chance to upgrade but this board has ran the Celeron days on end (I do restart every now and again, when Windows makes me for updates). Great board

5 out of 5 eggsjsut a note2

Pros: a note to the note

Cons: a note to the note

Other Thoughts: all motherboards use 1.8v, therefore, it is somewhat optional for a vendor to list that specific specification. ddr2 stock voltage on 99.9% of motherboards is always 1.8v

99% of regular, and 95% of high end modules will boot with 1.8v, and from the bios one can easily set it to the recommended voltage of the modules. Just because a motherboard has 1.8v stock doesnt mean you have to buy 1.8v ram. If this were true, about 50% of all high end ddr2 667, ddr2 800 modules would be incompatible with all motherboards, and 80% of ddr2 1066 and up would be incompatible since generally have recommended voltage upwards of 1.9v, some even 2.3v

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Value Motherboard

Pros: The high rating of this motherboard is it's price and the features for the price. Easy overclocking and a feature rich bios.

Cons: Nearly outdated.

Other Thoughts: Good for a nice budget machine, but today's hardware will likely be the max of this board.

4 out of 5 eggsBe careful on BIOS update

Pros: Good speed, Vista ready.

Cons: Tried to update bios. Got an error of "bios is write protected" after update. @BIOS ended up deleteing the bios anyways. Tried to restore bios through BootBlock but unsuccessful due to flaw in programing of BootBlock BIOS.

Other Thoughts: Motherboard worked fine for about 4 days. I then tried to update bios. Ended up deleteing the old bios and got an error. Was not able to boot computer and BootBlock just froze everytime it was "searching for BIOS image in floppy". Sent back for a new one. Otherwise this is a good board. Didnt have any issues with its layout.

3 out of 5 eggsDecent

Pros: Amazing fit and finish for such a low priced board. Caps by Nichicon and Sanyo, and all ferrite core chokes. Good layout given the small size of the board.

Cons: Too small for no reason. All the front panel wiring, USB headers, and the floppy connector are stuck under the PCI slots. Make sure you have your wiring PERFECT before you start plugging in PCI cards. Also you have to press CTRL+F1 in the main BIOS screen to unhide all the 'advanced' settings, and this is documented nowhere but on tech forums.

Other Thoughts: Not a great overclocker's board; 300+ FSB speeds are by no means guaranteed. The PCIe lock only functions if you set the memory multiplier to the magical '2.0-' setting, and usually you won't have enough headroom working with just the BIOS to get your memory back up to full speed. Its only saving grace is that it works with BSEL modded CPUs. So if you aren't afraid to go crossing wires, it'll still overclock a bit.
