good budget board

Pros: nice mid range motherboard

Cons: no core support, limited overclocking

Other Thoughts: onboard video runs WOW well, plus you can upgrade it later.

Crashes at least once a week

Tech Level: high - Ownership: 1 month to 1 year

Pros: The package seems pretty good but looks can be deceiving.

Cons: Can't install the following operating systems due either blue screens or kernel panics:

Ubuntu 6.06 - locked up during install
Fedora Core 4,5, and 6 -- locked up during install
Windows Small Business Server -- installs fine but a different BSOD every day
Windows XP -- installs fine but still getting irregular blue screens. It was a little more stable using the realtek network drivers instead of the asus network drivers

Other Thoughts: This is my combo so you might want to avoid it.

I will probably RMA the board to see if I just got a bad one.
