Foxconn's nForce4 Ultra based board brings nVIDIA quality to everyone at a value conscious price. The Socket 939 supports the Athlon 64 processor line, including the Athlon 64 X2 Dual-core processor. Up to 4GB of dual channel DDR 400 memory can be installed in the 4 DIMM sockets.

Two PATA ports support up to 4 devices and RAID levels 0, 1, 0+1 and JBOD. Not to be outdone the 4 SATA ports support the same RAID levels, so no matter what kind of drives you have, your data is secure. You get a plethora (4 rear, 4 front header) of USB 2.0 ports, and 2 FireWire for storage, printers and other items.

Gigabit Ethernet keeps you attached to your network at maximum speed. A Coax S/PDIF out lets you play your music or movie audio track through a compatible home theater system. Pull all your multimedia together with this talented mobo!

Pros: Stable, overclocks well

Cons: none for the price

Other Thoughts: I bought this Foxconn to replace a dead MSI K8N-Neo4, swapped the boards and Vista booted without reinstalling the OS or any other drivers. Plus, I was able to overclock the X2-3800 cpu to 2.7 (higher than 2.6 on the old mb). Passed all of the stability tests. I did not need to update the BIOS since it came with the latest available version, P61. For this price, I can not expect more. Excellent board I would buy again.

Pros: great mb :D i havent had a single issue with it and i run a 4000+ 2 gig of ram and 8600GTS ! :D this def a good buy.

Cons: none that i can see

Other Thoughts: Figured I'd have a better than 70% chance of getting a good cost effective way of utilizing my old components. Newegg still my prefered source dispite the disapointment (was a christmas gift for upgrade) and no replacement available. Refunded all costs to me.

Third time is a charm...

Pros: Now that i have it running correctly it runs smooth and stable. Run it with 2 gigs of ram 184 pin, athlon 64 fx-55, geforce 7950gt and it gets 170 fps on the valve test. Not bad at all and cheap!

Cons: The reason my title is "third time is a charm" is because that is how many times i had to reload the bios and windows before i realized that it was the stupid drivers on the CD that comes with the board that were messing me up. It would act fine for about 10 secs and then freeze... Other than that the chipset fan is in an odd spot right under my vid card.

Other Thoughts: Do yourself a favor and download the drivers directly from nvidia. DO NOT let my con's outweigh my pro's this is a good board once you get it up and running.

Pros: This board has many problems
1.do not support my 3800X2
2.shows wrong temperatures on venice 3000+
3.very loud chipset fan
4.bad design(see cons)

Cons: I wasnt able to change loud chipset fan, because of chipset position(right below the PCI ex. 16 slot). with othe fans i wasnt able to install video card.

Other Thoughts: Should better listen to my friend and buy an am2 mobo with new processor.
