5 out of 5 eggsGreat card for price

Pros: I just wanted a simple card which will help me use my DVI input for clarity and also so I am ready for Vista. This card is perfect for that, in fact I played Halo very well with it.

4 out of 5 eggsWorks with Vista

Pros: Easy setup XP and Vista recognized right away.

Cons: Would have gone with a 512MB card if I had known I would only see a 3.7 performance rating in Vista. Not sure if its the card or the amount of RAM? Vista runs great, but would have liked to seen more performance from this card.

5 out of 5 eggsGood business card

Pros: I am software engineer and it is for my server/development box. It works well with dual monitors on either XP or Windows Server x64. Don't play any games, so just get the basic 64bit driver from ATI directly.

Cons: None

5 out of 5 eggsGood Card for Great Price

Pros: This is a great card. I have had it since Oct 05. The one i got came with just a heatsink, no fan. This card runs Call of Duty 2, CS, Age of Empires III, Battlefield 2 and Battlefront 2 perfectly. Have had no heat problems at all

Cons: You get what you pay for. This card is starting to show its age. Quake 4 on low settings gets a average of 24 fps and will lag at times. Newer games like FEAR will lag also at times. Also if you want to play Civ IV, the game itself is having problems with ATI cards for some reason.

Other Thoughts: Good Value Video Card
Would be good for the average user.

4 out of 5 eggslong wait... cheap but great

Pros: runs really smooth on CS source and DOD source... didnt have any problems with it yet. has heatsink and a fan.also runs halflife lost coast really smooth.. it doesnt lagg at all.

Cons: it took a really long time before it came 1week then 2nd day express ... anyway the vid card said 128bits.. but its 32bits.. and max res. is about 1024 not 2048...sad... the fan is small but for a small fan its pretty loud.

Other Thoughts: spec.

3 out of 5 eggsS-video out?

Pros: handles WoW at highest settings. Seamless. Can't complain, I think it's up to anything the modern gaming world can throw at it. If you had a performance problem, it was somewhere else in your system

Cons: S-Video out feature has not worked. I've searched ATI and ASUS sites for support and written them requests. I'm running windows xp with SP2 and even after updating drivers from ATI website, still no tv-out capability.

Other Thoughts: if you don't care about TV out, do not hesitate. Buy it. If you do care, research a little more.
