5 out of 5 eggsUndeniable!

Pros: I love to play Call of Duty 2. At 1600x1200 - 4AA - 16AF, I get consistently 45fps, using Fraps. I have a hard time finding a higher score for a single card, anywhere. It's a joy to play. It's also great watching movies.

Cons: They say the fan is loud, but I use headphones.

Other Thoughts: Be sure to keep up with current Forceware drivers. The card was sluggish at first, but performance went up after update. Clocked it up to 580/785. I run it on Intel 945G, Pentium D960, 2GB, PNY 7900GT, OCZ 550W, Syncmaster 204B.

5 out of 5 eggsPure Power!

Pros: I used to be an ATI fan, After using this card with ALL my games maxed out, I can honestly say it's the best card going for the money!

Cons: NONE YET!

Other Thoughts: Abit KN8 SLI, CorsairLL pc3200,
3700+ cpu , Enermax Noisetaker 485,
2'cudas in RAID-O,Thermaltake DamierV case. and of course,PNY 7900GT!

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Deal!

Pros: Comes out of the box ready to play just about any current-gen game at max. Very energy efficient. Kicks my old 6600 GT 128's across the ocean.

Cons: Fan kind of loud. Idles pretty warm. But then that's likely because my room temp is 30 C

Other Thoughts: Haven't tried overclocking yet, waiting for the end of summer.

5 out of 5 eggsBa Bam!

Pros: This card runs BF2 w/ my dual core Intel 3.0Ghz CPU @ the highest settings while maintaining 80-90 frames/second.

Cons: At the moment it is kind of expensive.

Other Thoughts: Impressive.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Card

Pros: Its a great card, pretty good price, doesn't crash and burn like the others 7900gt's. Maxed almost every game i've thrown at with over 50fps.

Cons: It's maxed out everything i've thrown at it except when enabling next gen options on tomb raider legends. The fps drops down to almost 15 fps for a few seconds before climbing again to over 50.

Other Thoughts: Running AMD x2 3800+, 1 gig corsair ram, audigy 2 zs, and of course the pny 7900gt. I was also wondering how much of a oc can this card take on stock cooling?

5 out of 5 eggsOCed like a beast

Pros: Running fine at 560/780 on Zalman VF900 cooler at 39C stock, 45C under load. 3DMark06 at low 5300s. Mad bang for the buck. Don't use the default fan it's loud and inefficient - get a zalman.

Cons: None so far.

Other Thoughts: VModing can get it up to gtx speeds, basically giving you a 7900gtx with 256mb instead of 512mb memory.

5 out of 5 eggsBuy This Card

Pros: Wow- running at 590 core and 1600 memory- thats without trying on stock cooling without waiting for any "burn in" period. That is higher than an Superclocked EVGA card!- Frames more than doubled over my 400/800 6800

Cons: with the new drivers you can't set memory speed more than 1600 through coolb!ts not that it can't handle it- the slider just doesn't move that far.

Other Thoughts: PNY is a great company- they have better things to do than to waste manpower overclocking their cards to sell for a few dollars more. PNY is a company that makes professional grade graphics cards- this is their lower end stuff and they do it well. If you can overclock yourself get this card and don't worry about stability issues from other companies. I could only imagine what this would do on water cooling.

5 out of 5 eggsWOW!!!

Pros: Small, doen't use TOO much power. Insanely fast! A huge improvement over my old BFG 6800ultra. Runs amazingly cool

Cons: ummmm...I don't have the money for two!

Other Thoughts: I was going to get two 7600gt's but glad i got this instead, benchmarks went up X2 unstopable (at least in the sence or reasonable settings) even plays fear just fine at max! My system is AMD atlon64 3200+, 1g ddr400, Epox sli nForce, 200g SATA 300g hd,500wt sli pwr supply, and of course PNY 7900GT!

5 out of 5 eggsExcellent stock 7900GT

Pros: Stock speeds keep this baby stable, but it can overclock like a beast. Not as big as the older 7800 series, and it also takes less power. I'm running this baby at 600/1600. This baby is stock at 450/1320! Get a Zalman VF-900 Cooler if you want to take this baby to the max.

The price is right, too. Definitely get this, I wouldn't trust the XFX/EVGA ones until they get their stuff together.

Cons: Nothing. It's the best card for the money right now.

Other Thoughts: Performance is excellent, you'll be able to max out any game and keep silky-smooth framerates. Even Oblivion loves this card.

5 out of 5 eggsbought this card the 1st day

Pros: bought the card for 299 and thought it was so slow and wished I had bought the 350 EVGA but now it turns out the EVGA 7900 GTs r very defective

Ran coolbits and it told me the settins could be 550 779 which would be 1558 up from the stock 450 1320 so I was like 0_o

Turned up the memory voltage and it ran 1820 with little to no artifcats

I wanted more so I did the 1.4V volt modded and pencil shader Vmem mod with no solderin and outstandlin pulled 650 973 (1946) with little to no artifacts on stock coolin for months

Still could do more and pull 710 and over 2.1 easy but Ill wait until the new video cards cream this one

Cons: none!!!

Other Thoughts: buy this now
