Pros: Lots of good things to say, but I'll sum it up with this... first installed 2/2007; it has out-lasted 2 MOBOs, 6 sticks of RAM, a 8800 GTS, a pair of 9800s, a pair of GTX 260s, a pair of GTX 460s and is now humming along just fine with a pair of GTX 660s. Not a single issue since day one.

Cons: Nope.

Other Thoughts: This PSU is currently powering:
Q9550 @ 3.8Ghz; 2 x GTX 660; 780i MOBO; 4GB DDR2 PC 8500; 256GB SSD; 2 x 640GB HDDs; H100 CPU cooler; optical drive and 5 fans.

Pros: - 700W of 80% efficient power
- Modular design
- 140mm cooling fan
- VERY quiet
- Cables are long enough to reach everything in my case
- 4 12V rails
- Sleeved cables provide a touch of high quality

Cons: None that I can think of

Other Thoughts: I've always loved Thermaltake's products. They make high-quality products. PSUs, Chassis, Fans. 700W was probably overkill for the system I have, but it's modular so I don't suck too much power out of the wall.

Pros: this thing is still kickin after 4 years of daily computing

it's moved from a couple of different setups and is currently in my 1366 build running crossfire.

Pros: Great PS, Still Working hard after 30+ months.
Still as silent as the day I started using it.
Minimal cleaning has kept it looking brand new.

Cons: None that I have run into.

Pros: Pros... Well it's not huge and the modular connectors are nice. Had a memory problem with last power supply and no memory problems with this power supply.

Cons: Only has 3 PCIE connectors. Why 3? You would think if newegg was selling it as a combo for crossfire they would make sure it had the necessary connectors and not just count on the video card to have molex adapters when this PSU has the ability to have 4 PCIE with an extra adapter.
I need 4 for crossfire. Has 2 6 pin PCIE connectors and one 8 pin. Used supplied 8 to 6 pin adapter and spliced an extra 6 pin from my old power supply to make a total of 4. Works with no issues.

Other Thoughts: Buy an 8 pin to dual 6 pin adapter if you want to use crossfire or SLI instead of using molex adapters.

Pros: Working great 2.5 years later. This is the only component from my very first computer i build that i still own till this day. Excelent psu. Great with Modular and fairly high power for how old it is.

Cons: Suprised the cost hasnt come down more in the past 2 years. I guess you are paying for good quality that will last you. Cables dont get "loose" after time, they are still stiff, but it's able to take the wear and tear of bending, so dont worry about moving them around enough for them to fit

Other Thoughts: Pleased with my purchase so long ago. Will definatly buy a thermaltake psu for my next psu. This thing is still kickin it with my overclocked E8400 overclocked from 3.0 to 4.1GHz. No problems whatsoever

* Poor customer service (thermaltake)

Other Thoughts: I bought one of these about a year ago to replace my 550w Antec. After upgrading my video card, I found that my computer would shut off in the middle of games. I put in my old Antec and the problem went away. I RMAed the Thermaltake power supply and got one back that had the same problem. The power ratings claimed on the Thermaltake are completely made up.

The system in question was a E6300 Core 2 duo with one HDD and a GeForce 9800GTX+.

After this experience, I never intend to purchase another Thermaltake product, nor do I recommend anyone else do.

Pros: Plug and play is a great feature. Tons of adapters. Little clutter. Lots of power. Accomplished everything I wanted from a PSU.

Cons: PSU makes an awful sound now during normal operation. Extremely loud noise when powering up my system. Sounds almost as if a fan inside is going or hitting a wire, however sometimes the noise will go away. I have to put my TV to drown out the noise and turn the computer off when I go to bed.

I tried to sign-up on the Thermaltake forums, however I never received the activation email. Last time I tried to sign-up again, the forums were down.

Other Thoughts: Wish I had some way to RMA the item without jumping through hoops.

Pros: Has been running almost 24/7 for about 3 years straight now. First year on an E660 with a 7800gtx. Next two with a E8400 and two 9800GTXs. No problems at all. OC'd the E8400 to 3.6GHz and ran Prime95 for a week straight while I went on vacation and came back to it still running..

Cons: Didn't ship for free..

Pros: Until about 3 months ago it worked great, not a single problem

Cons: Now being a year and 3months after I bought this PSU, If I do not severely under clock my GPU my computer will shutoff, this happens both with a 9800gtx and a 260gtx, so If you have either you might not want this PSU
