Pros: Overclocked to 2.7GHz out of the box. Price.
Cons: None for me. It being a single core could be a con if you work with a lot of multi threaded applications.
Other Thoughts: Most games aren't multi threaded and many applications are the same. If you want a dirt cheap processor that will likely give you a solid OC this one is it.

Other Thoughts: Basically the cheapest decent CPU you can get that will work with a good barebones setup or good value MB with DDR2/800 memory
