Pros: Installed 2 on family member's desktop and works great a year later. Even sped up system due to more memory and dual-channel.

Pros: Good Ram Free Shipping

Cons: I bought 2 and one was defective. Had to return 2 days after return policy. Newegg gave me a hard time at first until I insisted they check my track record and amount of business I do with them since I'm a Computer Consultant and they re-consisdered and accepted the return.

Other Thoughts: Assume I would not had a problem returning a defective product to them but when I sold it to a customer is when I found out it was defective so I guess Now I will check all sticks I buy and cannot sell to customer as "NEW AND NEVER OPENED" :(
