Pros: Fairly inexpensive and with a lifetime warranty.

Cons: The specs are a little bent. The SPD at 667 is not 4-4-4-12 as suggested by the product description. Pushing the chips to those timings produces massive memory errors.

Cons: no problems at all even noticed 10 to 15 frames per second drop not huge but not bad
