5 out of 5 eggsBunny got nothin!

Pros: I've had these in a rig I built in 2001-2002, so currently 10 years ago.

They work great, never had any issue with them plugged into my Abit IC7 Max3 mother board, never an overheat, never a fault or BSOD from them.

Cons: I will be pulling the 4x512 sticks I have in favor of putting newer 1gb sticks in to achieve 4x1gb the board is capable of handling. I will re-purpose them into my friends computer and they shall live on!

5 out of 5 eggsFollow up review after years of use

Pros: Today is 3-18-2012, i bought these in Dec 2005... I have had these running overclocked on an Asus P4P800SE motherboard since new...they run well at DDR 500mhz speed. Never had an issue.. All my cases sound like mini wind tunnels so heat was never an issue.

Cons: defaulted to speeds 3-3-3-8... but if you read the corsair website...they instruct you to set timings manually to 2-3-3-6 and set ram voltage to 2.75v and they will run fine.

Other Thoughts: It is alway good to read and learn about every aspect of your products, so that you they exactly how to use them correctly.

5 out of 5 eggsCorsair RAM

Pros: Corsair made their RAM Extremely well. I have owned this product for about 2 years now and it has never so much as hiccuped. Put it through silent hunter 4 with a 7950 and the worked fine. They never heat up and they are high performance with a CAS of 2. Through mem torture tests they never heat up an they never fail. I have these with an ASROCK Dual SATA 2 motherboard. In this motherboard they have no problems running single or dual channel modes.

Cons: None, I am planning to buy 2 more of these abby's

Other Thoughts: Great product, great deal for DDR I would recommend corsair ram like this although their newer performance RAM is getting sketchy as they are using cheaper modules.

5 out of 5 eggs2 years now and back for more

Pros: No problems ever. I bought this in March of 2006 and here it is 2008 and I am back for more. A gig was more than enough 2 years ago but pushin it now. everything has been replaced in my machine since I built it in 06, except this RAM. That should tell you something.

Cons: The only problem Ive ever had with this memory is not having enough. One gig just does not cut it with BioShock and CoD4. I borrowed a gig (of this same memory) from my wifes computer...Every game runs beautifully. 2 gig is the key

Other Thoughts: Not in stock anywhere just doesnt work for me. When I find a winning combo I like to stick with it. Im running AMD 2.4ghz socket 939 (I am stuck on this for some reason), NVidia 8500 GT, FoxConn board, and 1 gig Corsair XMS plus one borrowed gig of XMS. I need my own pair. Almost everything I bought was here, from NewEgg. Probably one of the best companies to deal with in person or on the Net.

5 out of 5 eggsGREAT BANG FOR BUCK RAM

Pros: No problems 2 years straight, fast memory for what it is, faster than the more expensive ones of the same type. Took to extreme overclocking like a champ.

Cons: No Cons whatsoever.

Other Thoughts: Chances are in today's day you'll be needing 2 gigs at least.

3 out of 5 eggsworks well, just not with DFI

Pros: stable ram, works fine as just ram

Cons: Worked fine with my MSI NEO-FSR mobo as just regular ram. when I upgraded to the DFI Expert with an X2 4400+ CPU, this ram showed that it utterly hates DFI. It also hates ram dividers, it failed to post at anything other than 1:1

Other Thoughts: got it to 225 fsb at 1:1 and couldn't push it any further stable..

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Ram, Great Service

Pros: Huge speed boost going from 1G to 2G in photoshop and vista, fast delivery; worked great and i haven't had any problems in over a year now.

Cons: A little rough getting into the mobo, but this is more my mobo's fault than the ram's
