poor modem, wont redial

Pros: cheap thats it

Cons: wont redial, i bought 6 of these modem, no one works.

Other Thoughts: dont buy this cheap modem

Pros: Does what it is supposed to do. It functions as a 56k modem. With most Motherboards these days not including 56k modems anymore, this is almost required for anyone without cable or DSL.

Cons: It makes a weird click when your first log on. I use AOL and it makes a click. It isn't serious, but it sounds annoying when it happens.

Other Thoughts: 56k holds me back. Anyone wanna buy me a cable subscription?

Pros: I had a customer who's old modem wouldn't connect to AOL after upgrading them to XP but would connect to other internet services. This one had no problem
