Great drive, great price, Fedex Stinks

Comments: Drive is a great investment for the price. Great features and extremely upgradeable. Drive is same as the Plextor 740A drive. Chose to ship Fedex vs UPS because of past experience with Fedex getting in 2 days instead of 3 days. Fedex won't deliver in 2 days because they chose not to. It was on truck and here in town but they took it back to the dock. I will now choose UPS instead of Fedex. Don't ship using Fedex, you will get in in 3 days just like UPS. Save the difference in cost for blank DVD's.

Comments: Bought this so I could change the Book Type to DVD-ROM for higher compatibiliy with my set top DVD players. And I am not dissappointed. Burns now play on players were they wouldn't before with my NEC-3540

Comments: I bought this drive August 29. I received it quickly, however I had just purchased a new hard drive (also from Newegg). This DVD Burner has never worked. I still have it and I suppose it will continue to gather dust in my closet. I called BenQ for support and it was nonexistent. I would not recommend this product to anyone. I have been pleased with every other product which I have purchased from newegg, however this particular egg was rotten.
