Other Thoughts: Software: go to the lightscribe site asap before installing nero
find all your option that works best for you. I like it for PS2, xbox and dvd backups. Also Make sure you have the latest firmware.

Pros: Cheap! Works great though.
Cons: Makes a little noise I guess.
Not a burner though.
Other Thoughts: You don't need any cables, I had some come with my mobo anyway.
