Pros: This is an excellent DVD burner, it's the first I've ever owned and it was a very good choicem it's fast and very reliable. I've burned about 30 DVDs with this things so far, all of which have turned out fine.The changable faceplate is nice as well since my computer is all black

Pros: does a nice job, no problems at all....Would buy another but out of stock!!!

Cons: Bought two drives one is perfect the other I had to send back it seemed the laser was scrubbing the disc at the end of the burn and failing all burns and leaving scrub marks on the disc, it slowly progressed to complete failure.

Other Thoughts: Out of stock, so I got a refund, with that I am going to try the black LG.

Pros: I bought it to fit in a small form factor HTPC and it fits perfect. So far burning CD/DVDs has been very easy. The length is shorter than most and I needed a shorter version.

Cons: So far....none!
