Pros: Did not even need install disc, which is good, because I don't have an optical drive. Found my Targus mouse immediately!

Pros: Black matte finish that avoids fingerprints with nice light that PROPERLY indicates activity. Works Plug and Play with ubuntu linux, no problem. Also works well with Nintendo Wiimote. Very long range.
Cons: None that I can think of.
Other Thoughts: I used it to connect my wiimote to my Mythtv setup, works very well, I can have many wiimotes connected at the same time no problem.
