Excellent LCD HDTV
- Pros: Performs exactly as I hoped when making my comparisons and deciding on this LCD. Price is right. Beautiful and stylish. Excellent display in HD TV and PC monitor, even good in SD TV, was surprised. 1080i HD broadcasts via TimeWarner HD box are incredible. DVDs via PC also. Remote is very easy to use and very responsive, don't need to aim it directly at it. Switching between input modes is easy, setting up is easy, changing aspect ratios depending on your TV station broadcast (SD/HD) is a one button snap, easy. Beautiful color and contrast. No blur or ghosting. Plenty of ports for me. I love it. I unpacked it and set it up by myself no problem, but be careful if you try alone.
- Cons: Minor. Actually trying to think of some. Down the line I may want 2 HDMI ports, but now I have my PC on HDMI and TV on Component and love it. My DVD player is always going to be via my PC so I don't care much about more expansion capability. Maybe the menu navigation, but once you see how it works and get it setup you'll never need to touch it much again. Well, maybe the PIP modes where you have to nav into the menu every time to make adjustments (get a Univ Rem if that will cure this issue).
- Other Thoughts: It's worth every penny when you compare to other similar models. No, it's not 1080p but your not paying for 1080p either and remember what SD TV stations will look like stretched out even larger on 1920x1080 (bad). I'm very impressed and happy with this purchase. I think 95+% of you will also. BTW, I'm sitting back about 6ft. away on my couch in my living room writing this review! lol Nice. Also, I ordered on a Sat, delivered at noon on Tuesday with my suround sound Logitech system all thanks to Newegg.
Outstanding Olevia!
- Pros: Picture clarity is very good using RCA input from stereo receiver and adjusting the set. I'm sure I could push the envelope with S-video or HDMI connections. Remote works great.
- Cons: Wish I would have purchased sooner when the price was fifty bucks cheaper. Having to adjust the screen for directv, PS2, and DVD player to get the full screen 16:9 ratio.(very minor)
- Other Thoughts: The screen measures 32.25" wide and 18.25" tall. Compared to regular 32" TV measured at 25.75" wide by 19.5" tall. Compared to other brands selling 37" this one was a steal including the shipping and 1 year parts & labor warranty from the manufacturer.

Great for the price
- Pros: Ordered on a Friday morning, delivered on the following Monday afternoon. Great picture, sound (for built-in), no dead pixels...
- Cons: Slow channel change and power-on but not that big a deal.
- Other Thoughts: Menu system is different but most should get used to it quick enough. I'm happy with my purchase so far...

- Pros: I have had this tv for a couple of weeks and have had tons of fun already. HD channels look great, the sound is above average for "in tv" speakers. Xbox 360 looks incredible even hooked up with component. Easy to use remote. This is a great buy.
- Cons: Channels take a couple of seconds to change, that is kind of annoying. @ HDMI's would be nice, but not that big of a deal

- Pros: Awesome picture, no dead pixels, still works great after 1 year, LOVE IT. VGA connector, PLENTY of connectors. Was kind of concerned that Olevia was not a brand name... couldn't care less about it now. I will be buying Olevia again.
- Cons: one speaker went out after 6 months. If you use external surround sound, this is of no concern to you. I still haven't bought surround sound and even 1 speaker is still loud enough to watch tv with plenty of volume.
- Other Thoughts: use as primary tv and media center with connected PC that records all tv shows. has 2 sets of rca connectors, VGA, HDMI, component, s-video, audio in/out ..... very nice. Am about to buy another, maybe a 42". Paid $1000 for it over a year ago, well worth it, especially at the current price.
