Silverstone’s SST-LC17-B case takes the classic desktop configuration and updates it for use as an HTPC. The front panel is stark in design with few things marring the surface. The four USB ports, FireWire port and audio ports are hidden behind a door when not in use and the two optical drive bays have color matched panels.
Inside the case there is as much space as a standard tower. There are six internal 3.5” bays so you can set up a huge storage array with RAID data security. The motherboard tray will handle both micro and standard ATX boards. There are also seven full height expansion slots. So, with the right choices in components this one box can eliminate a number of standard AV components.
Superior Expandability with 9 Drive Bays Boasting two 5.25" external drive bays, and seven 3.5” drive bays (one external and six internal), the Silverstone SST-LC17-B HTPC case provides superior expandability.
Efficient Ventilation The Silverstone SST-LC17-B features two 80mm rear fans and side vents for efficient ventilation and effective system cooling.
Convenient Front I/O Panel The Silverstone SST-LC17-B features a convenient front I/O panel for easy access to one IEEE 1394 port, four USB 2.0 and two audio ports.
