Pros: Outstanding 2.5mm plug design. There's a 2mm narrow base section of the boot that allows easy access into recessed plugs. Prominent wires down both ear pieces. This is important because bluetooth wearers look like they're talking to themselves. Good sound quality. Good fit from 3 sets of ear gels. Short cables are easy to handle.

Cons: The earpiece on the microphone side is significantly weaker than the other one. I don't know if this is just a problem with mine. The ear gels offer no noise reduction.

Overall Review: Pretty good value for the money. Stuff from Newegg typically arrives next day, even with the cheapie shipping. I think it's worth paying the California sales tax just for that.

Pros: it's small, easy to install and very useable. HDMI support and 1080p.

Cons: S - L - O - W. I cannot emphasize how huge the lag is. This is installed in the projector in our company's main conference room. It's a native 1080p resolution. I would hazard a guess and say the lag time is about 250ms. Powerpoint presentations are barely useable and video is altogether worthless.

Overall Review: This really is only good for the most rudimentary installations. Anything beyond showing slideshows at XGA resolution is beyond the capability of this device.

Cons: Earpiece on the MICROPHONE SIDE is much weaker than the other one. Maybe it's just mine... Ear gels do not offer any exterior noise reduction. Other party reports microphone sounds muffled. They also hear a lot of background noise.
