Pros: Quieter and better (not to mention bigger) than stock cooler. Mounting was painless on the FX6300 with Gigabyte FML motherboard. I was glad to be able to point it the direction I wanted to. Back <<--airflow Front. Fan looks good too, and thermal paste is nicely distributed. I am really glad not to have to apply it myself, and assume it is of good quality although it doesn't say arctic silver or anything.

Cons: First one came broken, had to rma and use stock cooler for approx 2 weeks. This made me appreciate it even more though, because the stock cooler is so noisy by comparison. Not a star knocker because as i see it, things can always be packed better, and they can always be shipped more gently, too. So, whatever.
