Pros: Large capacity for a SSD
Cons: For a $500 drive, it sure didn't last very long!
Other Thoughts: I knew that SSD's had a shorter life, but this death seems a bit premature.READ FULL REVIEW
Pros: 8 GBs is nice when it works and it seemed to work great until I used it with TeamViewer.
Cons: For whatever reasons, some programs on the Mac Mini will cause these sticks of RAM issues. In my case, it's been running TeamViewer on startup. I through the original sticks of RAM in and it works just fine. I've done a memtest on both sticks and they both check out clean.. it's just some weird compatibility issue I guess.READ FULL REVIEW
This review is from: COOLER MASTER Cosmos Pure Black Aluminum / SGCC ATX Full Tower Computer Case
Pros: The case is gorgeous to look at. I'm not a fan of all the gaudy LEDS in a lot of gamer cases. This case looks beautiful. The handle bars are a great feature (and a necessary one). The space and cable management are very nice.
Cons: I hate to give this case cons.. I've been oogling it's sister case (the silver version) for the longest time and decided to go all out and buy the black one (liked the color better) as I was building my dream machine. But honestly this is the most difficult case I've ever had to put stuff in.
First off the manual sucks, so if you struggle putting your cases together don't bother wasting your cash on this one. The hybrid toolless/not toolless design is pretty awful in some cases. If you're planning on utilizing the 3.5" drive bay prepare to be frustrated.
Also, DOES NOT support SSDs at all... even with a special 2.5" to 3.5" mounting bracket. Had to securing the mounting bracket in the drive bay with tape. Good thing it's a desktop and has no moving parts in the drive!
Other Thoughts: The thing is also crazy heavy.. but you should know that before buying it!
I was expecting an easier time with a case I spent so much money on. Wait for the price to come down before you buy it, it's not worth the hassle at this price point.
