Pros: See my earlier review
Cons: See my earlier review
Other Thoughts: EVGA has released a BIOS update (as of 12/20/12) that adds support for Ivy Bridge CPUs.
From the update notes:
The following has been updated in R16:
Adds support for Ivy Bridge CPU's
Fix bug with AUX fan
Fix crash in E-LEET
Improved PCI-E compatibility
Pros: You absolutely cannot beat the features this board offers for schfifty five bucks.
10 USB ports. I doubt I own that many USB devices.
BIOS is much more useful than my previous board.
Cons: No support for the Ivy Bridge line.
Only 2 USB 3.0 ports.
Other Thoughts: No audio issue! Hasn't burned down my house!
In fact, everything works perfectly.
This review is from: Rosewill CHALLENGER - Black Gaming ATX Mid Tower Computer Case - Three Included Fans - 1 x Front Blue LED 120mm Fan, 1 x Top 140mm Fan, 1 x Rear 120mm Fan - Two More Optional Side 120mm Fans Supported
Pros: Looks very slick, the fans are nearly silent, e-sata, plenty of room for easy component installation
Cons: The covers for the 3.5" bays are kind of meh. They've become dislodged several times since I've put the build together (about a day) and if the case is closed it's kind of a pain to pop them back into place. The case feels a bit flimsy, but it's not going to fall apart in your hands or anything. I couldn't figure out how I was supposed to mount my hard drive, until I realized that the cables fit between the back of the case and the back of the mount tray.
Other Thoughts: I'm not sure if I would call it a pro or a con, but there are TONS of holes in this case. apart from the fans theres several areas that are perforated and don't have dust filters, it makes me feel like putting filters on any of the areas was a waste of time.READ FULL REVIEW
