Pros: The box it came in was in great condition. It was a nice brown box. And I liked the printing on it.
Cons: Read for yourself:
"An RMA # has been issue for the repair on the computer. This method will require sending the defective item back to CyberpowerPC, Inc. for the repairs. Upon receiving your system, they will be able to repair the computer for you and after the repairs, our techs will be able to test the system to make sure it is in working condition before sending the item back to you and then the company will pay to send item back to you at no charge.
This will require paying freight to send the item directly to CyberpowerPC, Inc."
Thats right! If you get bunked with bad hardware, you get to pay for shipping for them to correct their mistakes.
See the cut and paste response from Cyberpower here in the reviews? Expect the same brainlessness when you are dealing with their email team.
Other Thoughts: Never buying from this company again. Even Tripwire Interactive has officially labeled Cyberpowers entire line of PC's as incompatible with their games.READ FULL REVIEW

Potent pills, use with care, try 1 at a time for the first day or so so you see what it is like. Otherwise you might feel like sleeping all day.
Cons: None really, I am happy, and have my product.READ FULL REVIEW
Pros: None, Power supply blew up. Tech support does not reply to emails.
Cons: Power supply is bad in this model. Try to get warranty information from Cybertech and you will get no response.
I have sent 3 emails in a 5 day period already, and only the third "positive" one got a reply.
Phone support is non-existing, waited on phone for 4 hours on friday then they closed.
PSU blew up, and blew out one of the GFX cards HDMI ports, now only the second one works.
PSU browns out system, you will get a Kernel pannic 41 from a loss of power, or power too low to operate error.
No forums to get help from other users, when the Cyberpower guys are too cool to reply to you.
If it breaks, you will have to return it to newegg for another new one. Even with the extended warranty Cybertech will not help you. Be sure to stress test this system within the first 30 days so you can see if you have a bad PSU. Then you will still be able to return it for a new one from newegg.
Other Thoughts: System is very well built, not a loose screw, or cable. All name brand parts. No OEM stamped out rubbish.
Poor engineering is its only downfall. If they would have invested another $5-10 on the PSU it would be a system worth twice its asking price.
Some manufacturers place restrictions on how details of their products may be communicated.
